How do I log in?
Tap Sign in with Bungie on the login screen. You'll be taken to Bungie's official website to enter your credentials — Loadouts never sees your password. Once you authorize the app, you'll be returned automatically.
My loadouts aren't showing up. What should I do?
Make sure you have loadouts saved in Destiny 2 (in-game via the loadout menu). If they still don't appear, try pulling down to refresh on the main screen. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in from Settings.
Equipping a loadout failed. Why?
This usually happens when your Guardian is in an activity that doesn't allow gear changes, or if an item in the loadout is no longer in your inventory or vault. Make sure you're in a social space or orbit, then try again.
I restored a purchase but Loadouts Pro isn't active. What do I do?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If the issue continues, email us at support@d2loadouts.com and include your Apple ID (email only — never share your password).
How do I sign out or remove my account?
Tap the gear icon on the main screen to open Settings, then tap Sign Out. This removes all stored tokens from your device's Keychain. To fully revoke access, visit Bungie's Application Authorization page and remove Loadouts.
Does Loadouts store my data?
No. Loadouts does not operate any servers. Your authentication token is stored only in your device's iOS Keychain and is used solely to communicate directly with Bungie's API. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
